儿科护理人员幸福感指数及其影响因素调查

摘    要:目的:了解儿科护理人员的幸福感指数,探讨分析其影响因素,提高护理人员积极情感,进而提高工作效率及质量。方法:对758名儿科护理人员进行问卷调查。结果:儿科护理人员的幸福感指数低于常模得分,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。年龄、科室、用工性质、职务、是否夜班、健康状况、家庭关系、工作压力源皆为护理人员幸福感指数的相关因素。工作环境与资源方面的压力是幸福感指数的预测变量,而专业及工作方面压力源可以预测总体情感指数,夫妻感情直接影响生活的满意度。结论:儿科护理人员的幸福感指数较低,针对不同的影响因素采取适当的措施提高护理人员的幸福感,是提高护士工作积极性,保证组织稳定的有效方式。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate pediatric nurses' index of well-being and analyze the influencing factors.Methods:A total of 758 pediatric nurses were investigated by the scale of index of wellbeing(IWB).Results:The pediatric nurses' index of wellbeing was statistically lower than normal population(P〈0.01).The related factors of well-being were age,department,personnel character,position,night shift,health status,family relationship and job stress.Stepwise linear regression showed that work resources and environmental stress,professional stress and spouses' affection were independent predictive variables of well-being,general affect and life satisfaction,respectively.Conclusion:The pediatric nurses' well-being was not as good as normal people.The effective measures to control the influencing factors may increase work efficiency and improve staff's well-being.
