摘    要:目的:探讨应用看图对话工具对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇进行健康教育的效果。方法:选取首次因妊娠期糖尿病人院治疗的孕妇为研究对象,随机分为实验组47例,对照组45例。从入院当日起,对对照组实施传统的健康教育,对实验组实施应用看图对话工具的授权教育,并观察两组的效果。结果:干预后实验组孕妇的授权能力、血糖控制水平等优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:看图对话工具可以有效地帮助妊娠中晚期孕妇管理妊娠期糖尿病。

The effect of health education using conversational map tool among the patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect of health education using conversational map tool among the patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM). Methods: The patients with GDM who came to hospital for the first time were recruited and divided randomly into the study group with 47 patients and the control group with 45 patients. From the first hospitalization day, the patients in the study group were educated by conversational map tool empowerment education, while the patients in control group were educated by traditional health education mode. We observed the effects of the two groups. Results: The empowerment ability and plasma glucose control level of the patients in two groups had statistical differences (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The conversational map tool could help the pregnant women during the second and third trimester of pregnancy to manage the GDM effectively.
