静脉药物配置中心医院感染管理探讨

目的:探讨静脉药物配置中心医院感染管理的有效方法,以控制医院感染,保障医疗安全。方法:通过对静脉药物配置中心的环境、人流、物流、无菌技术、操作规程、职业防护等的管理,进一步完善医院感染管理体系,并严格实施。结果:静脉药物配置中心成立3年来配送的液体未导致1例感染或输液反应,同时加强了对护士的职业防护,医院感染管理控制工作逐步完善,标准化的管理模式已形成。结论:加强静脉药物配置中心环节质量管理,对提高医院管理水平和医疗护理质量有着十分重要的作用。

Nosocomial infection control in the pharmacy intravenous admixture service

Objective： To explore nosocomial infection control in the pharmacy intravenous admixture service （PIVAS）. Methods： We improved nosocomial infection control in PIVAS from environment, staff. physical distn＇bution, asepsis and occupational protection, and strictly implemented. Results： None of nosocomial infection or transfusion reaction had taken place for 3 years since we established PIVAS. At the same time, nurse＇s occupational protection was enhanced, and standard management model was formed. Conclusion： Strengthening quality management in PIVAS is very significant to improve hospital management and medical quality.
