临床实习质量影响因素分析及对策

目的：探讨提高实习质量的对策，以保证医学人才培养的质量。方法：对当前临床实习存在的问题，作认真调查分析并提出对策，予以改进。结果：加强医学生心理素质教育和带教老师的管理及教学质量监控，改善实习教学管理模式及培养职业道德，加强法律知识的学习是提高临床实习质量的重要方法。结论：对实习带教中存在问题采取的对策合理有效，保证了实习效率，提高了医学生的实习质量。
