| 摘 要： | 本文总结了国内外护理人力资源管理与护理质量关系的研究，结合中国目前人力资源现状及存在问题，提出了相应的对策：①加强学校教育及继续教育，提升护理人力资源；②设置合理的护理人力资源配置标准；③完善后勤保障系统，重建护理工作流程，简化某些护理工作程序；④有效利用护理人力资源；④建立激励机制，加强文化建设，提高工作效率。

| Abstract: | The relationship between nursing human resources management and nursing quality and the current condition of the nursing human resources in China were reviewed. Based on this literature review the author gave some suggestions： ①Improve the educational level and quantity of the nursing human resources;② Set up a scientific standard of nursing human resources allocation; ③ Improve the support system, rebuild the nursing process and make the nursing process more simple; ④ Make the nursing manpower more efficient; ⑤ Motivate the nurses and cultivate the organizational culture. |
