社区护士工作压力源现状分析及对策

目的:了解深圳市社区护士的工作压力源及其影响因素,探索改善社区护士心理健康状况的途径。方法:采取方便抽样调查的方法,对深圳市100名社区护士进行问卷调查,采用社区护士工作压力源量表。结果:社区护士的主要压力源分别来自:工资收入低、福利待遇差、工作负荷重、社会地位低等。结论:社区护士工作压力大是心理健康水平低的主要因素之一,建议管理者采取切实有效的措施,维护他们的心理健康。

An analysis on the job stressors of community health nurses

Objectives: To find out the job stressors and the influenceing factors of community health nurses in Shenzhen and to explore the method to improve the psycho-logical health level of community health nurses. Methods: Nonrandom sampling was used. One hundred community health nurses in Shenzhen were investigated by a questionnaire,which included two parts: general information questionnaire and job stressors scale of community health nurses. Results: Low wages,bad welfares,high work burden,and low social status were the main job stressors of community health nurses. Conclusion: Job stress is one of the main factors which affect negatively the psychological health status of community health nurses. It is suggested that the manag-ers should take some practical measures to maintain the psychological health of commu-nity health nurses.
