| 摘 要： | 根据JCI国际病人安全管理目标对华东地区60家二级以上医院进行住院病人身份管理模式的调查，队此讨论当前住院病人身份管理模式状况，提出核对病人姓名及住院号是一种安全、有效的病人身份管理模式，将病人住院号进行条码化并以腕带形式进行病人身份管理是病人身份管理的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | It was an investigation regarding the management mode of hospitalized patients＇ identity in 60 second-tier and above hospitals in the eastern China area, according to the management goal of the hospitalized patients＇ safety made by JCI. In the/ight of the findings, the current status of management mode of hospitalized patients were discussed. It suggested that checking patients＇ name and hospitalized number was a safe and effective management mode. The development trend of the hospitalized patients＇ identity management is bar coding the hospitalized number with forms of wrist strap. |
