摘    要:目的:探讨护理科研临床教学管理的实施与效果。方法:建立完善的护理科研临床教学管理体系,保证临床护理科研的教学质量,通过选拔组织导师组,进行有效的师生规范的科研培训,制定符合临床特点的科研带教计划,给予学生科研时间、信息等支持,重视临床过程的监督和管理。结果:2003年7月至2006年7月共带教学生完成毕业论文166篇,共获得优秀论文6篇;91.9%的学生认为科研实习管理规范,能按实习大纲的要求,按实习计划达到目标;83.3%的导师认为科研实习能按计划要求落实,88.9%的导师认为科研带教对自身是有力的促进。结论:护理教学培训科研督导的设立,加大临床教学管理的力度,明确教学计划,规范地落实科研教学计划中的关键环节,保证提高了临床护理科研的教学质量。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect of clinical teaching management in nursing research. Methods: To build up a holistic clinical teaching system in nursing research and guarantee the quality of it, some measures were carried out: selecting supervisor group, regular training on both teachers and students, making out practical clinical teaching plans in nursing research, supporting students by giving them enough time and information to do clinical nursing research, and strengthening supervision and management on clinical process. Results: One hundred and sixty-six dissertations were finished from July 2003 to July 2006, six of them were outstanding ones. There were 91.9% of students who thought the management of clinical research teaching was standard and met the requirements of general teaching outlines. There were 83.3% of clinical teachers who believed that the clinical research teaching were done according to the teaching plan strictly and 88.9% of them said the teaching itself was benefit to the teachers as well. Conclusion: The building up of supervisor group in nursing research teaching strengthens the clinical nursing research teaching management, makes clear the teaching plan, puts the key section of clinical nursing research teaching into effect, and guarantees the improvement of the clinical teaching quality of nursing research.
