焦点护理查房的做法与实效

目的:通过焦点护理查房,解决护理工作中存在的问题。探索适合我院护理实际情况的管理方法。方法:把通过多种途径发现的护理薄弱环节作为查房内容,形成一套确定查房主题,采取不同形式,有计划、有目的、有讨论分析、有解决问题的措施、有落实措施的责任人、有护理部追踪落实措施的结果的规范查房方法。结果:通过焦点护理查房,加强了护理薄弱环节的管理,制定了一套适合我院护理实际的管理方法。形成了广开言路,民主决策、民主管理的良好氛围。提高了护理管理人员的管理能力和决策水平,提高了护理质量。结论:焦点护理查房具有科学性、实用性,适合我院的护理管理

The Method and Practical Results of Focus Nursing Rounds of Wards

Objective: To resolve problems in nursing through focus nursing rounds of wards and explore suitable manage methods. Method: Make weakness in nursing service as the content of nursing rounds of wards and form a set of topics. Use different forms to practice nursing rounds of wards designedly, purposefully, having discuss and analysis, having corresponding measures, having certain persons to carry out the countermeasures and having quality control group and method. Results: We improved the management of nursing weakness in our hospital through focus nursing rounds of wards and established a serious of suitable manage methods. The air of democracy came into being in our hospital and the manage ability and decision-making capacity were enhanced. The nursing quality was improved. Conclusion: Focus nursing rounds of wards embody a character of science and practicality, and they are suitable to the nursing management in our hospital.
