肾移植受者自我管理状况与生活质量的相关性研究

目的:探讨肾移植受者自我管理状况与生活质量的相关性。方法:采用描述性相关性研究,用自行设计的肾移植受者自我管理调查量表、肾移植患者生活质量相关评定量表对94例肾移植受者进行问卷调查。结果:大部分肾移植受者自我管理及生活质量处于中等偏上水平,自我管理水平与生活质量呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:医护人员应更有针对性地加强肾移植受者及家属的健康教育,从而进一步提高受者的自我管理水平和生活质量。

The correlation between self-management and quality of life among renal transplantation recipients

Objective: To explore the relationship between self-management and quality of life (QOL) among renal transplantation recipients. Methods: Ninety-four renal transplantation recipients (over 3 months after the transplantation) were randomly selected. Renal Transplantation Recipient Self-management Scale (self designed) and Quality of Life Scale for Patients of Renal Transplantation (QOL-RT) were used to analyze the relationship between the self-management and QOL. Results: Both the levels of self- management and QOL among renal transplantation recipients were between moderate and high levels. Pearson Relation Analysis showed that the level of self-management was positively correlated with the level of QOL(P<0.01).Conclusion: In order to improve the levels of self-management and QOL among renal transplantation recipients, both doctors and nurses should strengthen the healthy education to recipients and their families.
