人文护理在护理教育中价值及伦理思考

摘    要:健康观念和医学模式的转变决定了护生应具备人文素质。从人文护理的内涵出发,针对护理教育中存在的重视不够,教学理念、评价体系欠缺等问题提出要构建多层次立体课程体系和侧重人文教育的考评机制,重点是营造良好氛围,开展多种多样的情境教学,加强人文教育渗透,核心是构建护理人文教育培养方案。
