中医特色专科护理门诊工作模式的探讨

目的：通过中医特色专科护理门诊的开设,探讨其工作模式。方法 ：运用竞聘上岗原则确定中医特色专科护理门诊人员,开设中医特色专科护理门诊,优化服务流程及多学科合作,开展多种中医特色护理项目。结果 ：实施1年半来,专科护理门诊量由67人次/月上升到214人次/月,专科护理门诊时间由一周2次增设为一周3次,患者满意度在98%以上。结论：开设中医特色专科护理门诊,能满足患者多元化需求,丰富中医护理服务内涵,提高中医专科护理水平,培养中医专科护理人才,推动中医护理发展。
