癌症患者疼痛状况与社会支持调查研究

目的:探讨癌痛患者社会支持、疼痛控制状况及相互关系。方法:采用肖水源等编制的社会支持评定量表和简明疼痛调查表,调查85例癌症患者的癌痛及社会支持情况。结果:癌痛患者获得了较高的社会支持(P<0.001)。老年患者的主观支持得分低于其他组,教育程度偏低、低收入者以及体力劳动患者的社会支持利用度较低。疼痛程度与疼痛对日常生活的影响呈正相关。年龄与主观支持呈负相关(r=-0.33,P<0.01),与客观支持呈正相关(r=0.22,P<0.05)。教育程度与社会支持利用度呈正相关(r=0.23,P<0.05)。疼痛程度与社会支持利用度呈负相关。结论:护士应重视癌痛患者的社会支持,特别是老年患者、教育程度偏低、低收入以及体力劳动患者,加强癌痛控制效果,以提高患者生活质量。

A study on the pain and social support status among cancer patients

Objective: To find out the status of social support and the influences ofpain on the quality of life among patients with cancer pain. Method: Eighty-five patientswere investigated with Social Support Rating Scale and Brief Pain Inventory. Results:Compared to the average people, patients with cancer pain received more social support(p<0.001). The score of subjective social support of the elder group was lower than othergroups. The utility degree to social support of patients with lower education levels orlower incomes or patients who were manual labors was lower than others. There was apositive correlation between the pain degree and its influences on daily life. Age factorwas negatively related to the subjective social support(r = -0.33, P<0.01),but positivelyrelated to the objective social support (r =0.22, P<0.05). A positive correlation was foundbetween the levels of education and the utility degree of social support(r = 0.23, P<0.05).A negative correlation was found between the degree of pain and the utility degree ofsocial support. Conclusion: Nurses should pay more attention to the social support ofpatients with cancer pain, especially to the elderly, those with lower education levels orlower incomes and those who are manual labors. To elevate their quality of life, the effectof pain control should be improved.
