摘    要:目的:探讨以思维教育为核心的教学模式在护理本科生《护理教育与科研》教学中的应用,为提高其评判性思维技能水平提供借鉴。方法:对2005级76名和2006级96名五年制护理本科生采取以思维教育为核心的教学模式,教学前后分别采用WGCTA量表测量护生的评判性思维技能水平,6个月后对2006级护理本科生进行1次重测。应用SPSS15.0统计软件进行统计学处理。结果:教学前后护生的综合能力与评判性思维技能得分提高(P0.05),教学结束后,2006级护生的两次评判性思维技能测量之间没有统计学差异(P0.05)。结论:以思维教育为核心的教学模式可提高本科护生的评判性思维技能水平。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the application of the teaching model focusing on the education of thinking,which was conducted on the curriculum Education and Research of Nursing that was taught in baccalaureate nursing students,so as to provide some references for developing the critical thinking skills of undergraduate nursing students.Methods:In the progress of the curriculum Education and Research of Nursing,totally 76 nursing undergraduates in Grade 2005 and 96 nursing undergraduates in Grade 2006 with five-year-course were participated in the teaching model focusing on the education of thinking.Before the implementation of this model and after that,the nursing undergraduates were tested using the Watson-Glaser Critical Thinking Appraisal to measure their critical thinking skills,and then did the re-test of the nursing undergraduates in Grade 2006 after 6 months.The outcomes were analyzed using statistical software(SPSS version 15.0).Results:The integrated ability and the scores of critical thinking skills were significantly improved after the new model(P〈0.05),there was no significant difference between the two measurements of the nursing students in Grade 2006 after the new model(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The results of this study showed that it could improve the critical thinking skills of baccalaureate nursing students with the implementation of the teaching model focusing on the education of thinking.
