摘    要:在人才培养的过程中,以培养护生的职业素质、技术应用能力和就业竞争力为主线,充分利用学校和医院两种不同的教育环境和教育资源,在政府的宏观调控下,以工学结合为切入点,拓展工学结合内涵,推进高职院校教育产学研结合,通过学校和医院双向介入,将在校的理论学习、基本技能训练与在医院实际工作经历的学习有机结合起来,构建高职护理教育人才培养模式。

Abstract:In order to improve the professional senses and practical abilities of the students, the educational environments and resources in the school and hospital were united, in which the students could put the theory and basic skills learned in the school into the clinical practice. In addition, the combination of school and hospital advanced the linkage of education, practice and research in occupational nursing education.
