一侧颈动脉狭窄或闭塞盗血指数的推导及临床应用探讨

着重阐述盗血指数（ＳＩ）的推导过程，数学依据以及可能的应用前景。方法：应用１５例我科经ＴＣＤ诊断并由ＭＲ、颈动脉双功Ｂ超或ＤＳＡ证实的一侧颈内动脉狭窄或闭塞的病例，与Ｌｉｎｄｅｇａａｒｄ报道的７７例经ＴＣＤ和脑血管造影诊断的一侧或双侧颈现变的病例进行分析，将颈动脉病变时代偿血流的平均流速Ｖｍ与同侧大脑中动脉平均流速Ｖｍｃａ的比值（Ｖｍ／Ｖｍｃａ）作为本组１５例Ｌｉｎｄｅｇａａｒｄ的７７例８１例颈动

Deducing and Applying of Steal Index in Unilateral Occlusion or Stenosis of Carotid Artery

Objective:We elucidated the deducing procedure,the digital bases and the possible prospects of application of steal index(SI).Methods:15 cases of unilateral carotid stenosis or occlusion were diagnosed by Transcranial Doppler and confirmed by MR,High Frequency Duplex Doppler ultrasound or DSA.We analyzed 77 cases of unilateral or bilateral carotid disease which were diagnosed by TCD and cerebral angiography reported by Lindegaard 1985.The ratio of compensative blood mean velocity (Vm)with carotid disease and the identical lateral middle cerebral arterial blood mean velocity(Vmca)-Vm/Vmca can be used as a medium for the analysis of 81(out of 154)laterals carotid pathological changes,which was reported by Lindegaard.Results:We got a nondimension index steal index(SI)which can estimate the blood steal degree by the opening of lateral circulation after unilateral carotid stenosis or occlusion.Conclusion:SI,a nonedimension index,can be considered as a assistant diagnosis to the carotid artery diseases,and can be used to evaluate the blood steal degree following the opening of lateral circulation.In addition,it is recommended to be applied in other cerebrovascular diseases with arteries blood steal,such as AVM and CCF.
