| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨B型超声对玻璃体混浊诊断价值。方法：应用B型超声观察玻璃体暗区内光斑形态、亮度、位置、后运动等情况，对206例玻璃体混浊进行诊断。结果：玻璃体积血126例，近视眼性玻璃体混浊25例，老年性玻璃体混浊20例，星状玻璃体12例，炎性玻璃体混浊10例，感染性眼内炎8例，少量硅油残留5例，超声诊断总符合率为94．2％。结论：B型超声对玻璃体混浊有较高的诊断价值，为眼科临床提供可靠诊断依据。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evluate the value of B-mode ultrasound on the diagnosis of vitreous opacity.Methods:The ultrasonographic diagnosis was made on 206 cases with vitreous opacity,by observing the shape,brightness,position and afrer-movement of echogenic dots in the dark area of vitreous body.Results:In 206 cases of vitreous opacity,there were 126 cases of vitreous homorrhage,25 cases of senile synchysis,20 cases vitreous opcity because of myopia,12 cases of asteroid hypalosis,10 cases of uveitic vitreous opacity,8 cases of infective endophthalmitis,5 cases of little silicone oil remained.Clinical accordance of all cases was 94.2%.Conclusions:B-mode ultrasound is valuable on vitreous opacity diagnosis and favorable in the ophthalmic clinic practice. |
