超声背向散射积分在肝占位性病变诊断中的应用价值

目的 :应用超声背向散射积分 (IBS)这一新技术对不同肝占位性病变的二维图像进行定量分析比较 ,评价该技术在肝占位性病变鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法 :将肝占位性病变按病理分型分为肝囊肿组、肝血管瘤组、肝癌组。按回声强度分为无回声、低回声和强回声组。应用背向散射积分对各种肝占位性病变的二维图像及 IBS参数进行测定。结果 :肝囊肿组与肝血管瘤和肝癌组之间 AII、 PPI和 SDI均有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ;肝血管瘤组与肝癌组之间 PPI、 SDI有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,AII无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5) ;AII在无回声、低回声和强回声各组间均分别有显著性差异。随着回声的增强 ,AII值增大。结论 :背向散射积分在肝占位性病变鉴别诊断中有一定的价值

Applied Value of Integrated Backscatter in Diagnosis of Hepatic Space-Occupying Lesions

Objective:Two-dimensional sonography of d ifferent hepatic space occupying lesions were analyzed quantitatively with integ rated backscatter (IBS) to evaluate its application value in differential diagno ses of hepatic space-occupying lesions Methods:Hepatic space-occupying lesions were divided int o hepatic cyst,angioma and cancer group,based on patheological characteristics They were also divided into anechoic,hypoechoic and hyperechoic group Two-di mensional images were analyzed with integrated backscatter including average ima ge intensity (AII),peak-to-peak intensity (PPI) and standard deviation of imag e intensity (SDI) Results:There was significant difference of AII,PPI and SD I between hepatic cyst and angina group,cyst and cancer group,(P<0 01) PPI and SDI were significantly different between hepatic angina and cancer group (P<0 01),while AII was significantly different between hepatic angina and cancer group(P>0 05) There was no significan t difference of AII between anechoic and hypoechoic group,hypoechoic and hyperec hoic group,as well as anechoic and hyperechoic group AII was increased with ec ho enhancing Conclusions:Integrated backscatter plays an important role in di fferential diagnosis of hepatic space occupying lesions
