三维超声容积自动测量技术的准确性及重复性研究

摘    要:目的:评价三维超声容积自动测量方法的准确性及重复性。方法:用二维及三维超声分别对22个规则水囊模型和25个不规则水囊模型作容积测量。二维超声测量采用标准的椭圆体计算公式,三维超声测量采用自动测量技术。结果:1,二维超声对规则及不规则模型的测量误差,系统偏倚及一致界限均较三维超声大(均P<0.05)。三维超声对规则和不规则模型容积的测量误差无显著性差异(P>0.05);2,二维及三维超声测量规则及不规则模型容积与实际容积间均有良好的相关性,但三维超声测量值与实际容积间的相关系数稍高;3,三维容积自动测量技术测量规则及不规则模型时观察者内及观察者间的变异极小,有良好的重复性;4,三维容积自动测量技术测量规则模型及不规则模型平均耗时分别为6.7分钟和7.2分钟(P>0.05)。结论:与二维超声比较,三维超声自动容积测量技术测量容积误差及系统偏倚小,与实际容积间的相关性好,有良好的重复性。与三维超声平行面积法比较,测量耗时明显缩短。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the accuracy and reproducibility of automatic volume measurement with three dimensional ultrasonography (3DUS).Methods:Volumes of 22 regular and 25 irregular phantoms of water sac were measured X using two dimensional ultrasonography (2DUS) and 3DUS Standard ellipsoidal formula was used to measure volume by 2DUS,whereas automatic measurement technique by 3DUS.Results:1 Regarding volume measurements in regular and irregular phantoms with 2DUS had a higher measurement error,systematic bias,and limits of agreement than those with 3DUS (all P <0 05) Measurement errors in regular and irregular phantoms with 3DUS had no difference ( P >0 05);2 The correlation between measured volumes and true volumes were significantl X using both 2DUS and 3DUS, with a slightly higher correlation coefficients X using 3DUS;3 Good intraobserver and interobserver reproducibility were achieved with 3DUS both in X regular and irregular phantoms;4 The consumed time was 6 7 min in regular phantoms and 7 2 min in irregular phantoms with the automatic volume measurement technique of 3DUS ( P >0 05).Conclusions:The measurement error, systematic bias, and limits of agreement range of 3DUS automatic volume measurement are lower than those of 2DUS The volume measurement with 3DUS has a good reproducibility and the consumed time with this technique is shorter than that with the previous 3DUS method.
