多种三维超声成像方法在肝脏肿瘤中的应用研究

摘    要:目的:探讨多种三维超声重建模式在肝脏肿瘤中应用的可行性。方法:应用百胜AU5超声系统对19例患者23个病灶分别用半透明模式、最小回声模式、最大回声模式和X线模式进行三维重建。结果:应用多种三维重建模式能够提高三维重建的总体成功率(95.7%)。每一种重建模式各有其特点并且能够分别提供一些二维超声图像无法获得的病变信息。这些信息包括肿瘤的空间位置、内部结构、轮廓以及肿瘤和肝内血管的空间位置关系等。充分利用这些信息可以提高我们诊断的准确性。结论:三维超声在肝脏肿瘤中的应用是可行的和有实用价值的。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the feasibility of various modes of three-dimensional reconstruction of liver tumors in the clinical application.Methods:Esaote Au5 ultrasonic system was available. Nineteen patients with twenty-three lesions were examined by three-dimensional ultrasound the data of which were reconstructed respectively with the modes of semi transparent, minimum value, maximum value and absorption X way.Results:The total success rate of reconstruction is greatly improved (95.7%) by the use of various modes of three-dimensional reconstruction. The three- dimensional images of each mode had its own characteristics and could respectively offer some differentiable imaging information which could not be acquired with two-dimensional images. These information included the location, contour and interior structure of the tumor, the relationship between tumor and vasculature in the liver and so on. Our diagnostic accuracy could be improved with these informations.Conclusions:The application of three-dimensional sonography in the hepatic tumors is practicable and valuable.
