摘    要:目的:本文研究先天性心脏病患者肺动脉血流频谱图形变化,并比较其与肺动脉压力之间的关系。方法:采用经胸超声心动图观察33例先天性心脏病患者肺动脉血流频谱变化,并与右心导管测肺动脉压进行对照分析。结果:患者超声心动图肺动脉血流频谱峰值前移与肺动脉压力程度呈正比。当肺动脉收缩压>100mmHg时,肺动脉血流频谱呈细条型(即正向血流窄、小、峰值极度前移)。结论:肺动脉血流频谱呈细条型可做为半定量判断PAPs>100mmHg的客观指标

Abstract:Objective and Methods:To probe the relation between pulmonary blood flow spectrum and pulmonary pressure(PP),33 congenital heart disease patients were examined by echocardiography and catheterization.Results:The early peak spectrum occurrence positively related to the degree of pulmonary hypertension,PP>100mmHg make the spectrum pattern slender and extremely forward shifting.Conclusion:Slender pattern and early occurring pulmonary peak spectrum suggested PP usually greater than 100mmHg,a semiquantitative parameter might be established.
