腹腔镜超声检查术的临床应用价值初步探讨

目的初步探讨腹腔镜超声检查术在腹腔镜术中的临床应用价值。 方法在腹腔镜手术中应用专用腹腔镜超声探头，观察病灶及其靶器官二维超声表现，并与术前经体表常规超声检查对比，尤其注意与常规超声检查不同之处或者常规超声不明确以及未发现的病变。 结果由于无腹壁、肠气及骨骼干扰，高频探头的应用．腹腔镜超声检查术显示病灶小论二维及彩色信息均优于常规经腹超声，并能弥补腹腔镜手术触觉丧失、不能显示病灶内部等本身的不足。 结论腹腔镜超声有助于术中指导手术步骤及提供准确信息，腹腔镜超声检查术在腹腔镜手术中有重要指导价值。

Clinical Application of Laparoscopic Ultrasound

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of Iaparoscapic uhrasonography. Methods A total of 25 cases underwent laparoscopic uhrasonography during laparoscopic operation. In order to detect different parts and missed lesions preoperatively,all the patients underwent preoperatively 2D and CDFI compared with transabdominal ultrasound images. All the lesions were confirmed by pathology and operation. Results Twenty-five patients showed that laparoscopic ultrasonography images were more clear than conventional transabdominaI ultrasound, including gray scale imaging and CDFI. More valuable clinical informations were observed on laparoscopie ultrasonography without gas and abdominal wall interference. Conclusions Laparoscopic uhrasonography plays an important role in identification of invasive tumors, especially those to the adjacent structures. It is helpful in providing valuable informations to guide laparoscopic operation.
