| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨一些特殊类型子宫肌瘤的二维图像及彩色多普勒血流图特点，从而与其它有类似表现的疾病相鉴别。方法：用二维及彩色多普勒超声诊断仪检查并筛选特殊表现子宫肌瘤３９例，并与病理相对照。结果：二维超声检查２３例，诊断符合率为７３．９％（１７／２３），彩超检查１６例，诊断符合率为９３．８％（１５／１６）。结论：特殊的子宫肌瘤由于表现较复杂，容易误诊，但二维超声结合彩色多普勒血流图可提高诊断正确率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the distinctive features of two dimensional(2D)ultrasonography and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)of special hysteromyoma,and to differentiate it from other diseases with similar manifes tations.Methods:We examined and screened 39 cases with special hysteromyoma with 2D ultrasound and CDFI.Results:The diagnostic accuracy rate of 23 cases examined by 2D ultrasound was 73 9%(17/23).The diagnostic accuracy rate of 16 cases examined by CDFI was 93 8%(15/16).Conclusions:Special hysteromyoma is often misdiagnosed easily because of its complicated manifestations,but the diagnostic accuracy rate will be enhanced if it is examined by 2D and CDFI. |
