高血压病合并高尿酸血症与C反应蛋白的关系分析

目的：探讨高血压痛合并高尿酸血症与血清C反应蛋白（CRP）浓度的关系。方法：124例高血压痛患者按血尿酸水平分为两组，高尿酸血症组59例，血尿酸正常组65例，对两组患者的血CRP、尿酸（UA）、肌酐（Cr）和总胆固醇（TC）浓度进行分析和比较。结果：高尿酸血症组的血CRP、UA、Cr和TC浓度均高于尿酸正常组（P〈O．05），两组的血CRP浓度均高于正常值范围，血压越高CRP浓度随之增高。血CRP浓度与血UA浓度成正相关（r=0．52，P〈O．01），血Cr浓度与血UA浓度成正相关（r=0．28，P〈0．05）。结论：血CRP浓度可作为评价高血压病合并高尿酸血症患者高血压严重程度的一个参考指标，高血压与高尿酸血症密切相关。

Relationship Hyperuricemia and C-reactive Protein in Patients with Essential Hypertension

Objective: To investigate the relationship between hyperuricemia the serum C-reactive protein (CRP) in patients with essential hypertension. Methods:124 patients with essential hypertension were divided into two groups based on the serum uric acid level, 59 patients with hyperuricemia (HUA) as HUA group,and 65 patients with normouricemia (NUA) as NUA group. The concentrations of CRP, uric acid (UA).creatinine (Cr) and total cholesterol (TC) in serum of these two groups of patients were analyzed and compared. Results: The concentrations of CRP, UA, Cr and TC in HUA group were higher than those in NUA group (P<0.05), the concentrations of CRP in two groups were higher than the normal reference range. The relationship between degree of hypertension and CRP concentration was revealed, the higher degree of hypertension, the higher concentration of CPR was found, there were positive linear correlations between concentration of CRP and UA (r=0. 52, P<0. 01) and between concentration of Cr and UA(r=0. 28, P<0. 05). Conclusion:The concentration of CRP may be used as an index for the evaluation of the severity of hypertension in the essential hypertension patients with HUA The HUA is closely related to the essential hypertension.
