| 摘 要： | 目的：观察口服孟鲁司特钠方法治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘（cough variant asthma,CVA）的疗效。方法：将68例CVA患儿随机分为两组：治疗组35例,给予口服孟鲁司特钠和盐酸丙卡特罗治疗;对照组33例,给予普米克都保（布地奈德粉吸入剂）吸入治疗及口服盐酸丙卡特罗治疗。观察用药后1周、2周、1个月、3个月的临床疗效。结果：治疗组显效25例,有效9例,无效1例,总有效率97%,对照组显效22例,有效11例,无效0例,总有效率100%;两组临床疗效比较差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。结论：口服孟鲁司特钠治疗方便,更适用于儿童。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of montelukast in treatment of cough variant asthma(CVA) in children. Methods:Sixty-eight children with CVA were randomly divided into observation group(n=35) and control group(n=33). The observation group was treated with meptin and montelukast orally, and the control group was given pulmicort turbuhaler inhalation and meptin orally.
