高压电位治疗失眠、慢性疲劳的疗效分析

摘    要:目的:探讨高压电位治疗失眠、慢性疲劳的疗效和安全性。方法:应用高压电位治疗仪治疗30例失眠患者(失眠组)和30例慢性疲劳患者(慢性疲劳组),治疗电压为9000 V,30 min/次,每天1次,5次为1个疗程,共4个疗程;治疗结束后随访2个月,比较治疗前后各指标变化。结果:治疗4个疗程后,失眠组和慢性疲劳组患者的症状/体征指标平均积分显著下降(P0.001),总有效率分别为89.28%、93.11%。两组患者治疗过程中均无不良反应的发生,患者血尿常规、血清丙氨酸氨基转移氨酶(ALT)、血清天门冬氨酸氨基转氨酶(AST)、血肌酐、血尿素氮及心电图无明显改变。结论:高压电位治疗失眠、慢性疲劳临床疗效显著,安全性高。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of the high voltage potential for insomnia and chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). Methods:Twenty-eight paitients with insomnia and twenty-nine patients with CFS were enrolled, and treated with the high voltage potential apparatus with 9000 V voltage for 30 rain per day, 5 days in each course and a total of 4 courses. Indicators were assessed and recorded respectively at the beginning and the end of the treatment. All patients were followed up for 2 months after the treatment. Results: All symptom/sign scores and mean scores were significantly decreased after 4 treatment courses (P≤0.01), and the total effective rates of patients with insomnia and CFS were 89.28%, 93.11 %, respectively. No adverse events were observed in any patient. There were no abnormal changes in the results of laboratory examinations and electrocardiogram findings. Conclusions: The high voltage potential therapy is effective and safe for the treatment of insomnia and CFS.
