| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨12导联动态心电图（dynamicelectrocardiogram，DCG）对无症状心肌缺血（silentmyocardialischemia，SMI）的诊断价值。方法：对89例不典型胸痛患者同期进行12导联DCG监测和冠状动脉造影（coronaryarteryangiography，CAG）检查，对结果进行相关性分析。结果：12导联DCG诊断SMI的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、正确率依次为74．0％、0．0％、77．1％、0．0％、60．7％。结论：12导联DCG诊断SMI的敏感性较高，是筛栓SMI较理想的无创检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective：To evaluate the diagnostic value of 12 lead united dynamic eleetrocardiogram（DCG） in patients with silent myocardial isehemia（SMI）. Methods： A total of 89 patients with a history of suspected SMI underwent a simultaneous DCG and coronary artery angiography（CAG）. Results： The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value,negative predivtive value and the accuracy were 74. 0%, 0.0%, 77. 1% and 60. 7%, respectively. Conclusions： 12 lead united DCG is a good method in screening SMI of coronary heart disease. |
