髂腰肌囊扩张的CT表现及鉴别

目的：探讨髂腰肌囊扩张的CT表现，诊断价值及鉴别，方法：回顾性阅读经穿刺抽吸或手术病理证实的22例髂腰肌囊扩张病人的典型CT征象，结果：22例23个病变均为圆形或卵圆形，内无强化的囊性肿物，增强的5例囊壁轻度强化。12例向上延伸并覆盖骨性髋臼，7例向下延伸呈圆形，类圆形或倒水滴状，内与耻骨肌相邻，止于小转子水平。6例可见在髋关节囊的开口。结论：CT扫描几乎对所有的髂腰肌囊扩张病人可提出正确诊断。

CT Feature and Identification of Enlarged Iliopsoas Bursa

Objective: To study the diagnostic value of CT on enlarged iliopsoas bursa. Methods: CT films of 22 patients with enlarged iliopsoas bursa were studied retrospecively.All these patients were positively diagnosed by aspiration of synovial fluid or surgical operation. Results: Enlarged iliopsoas bursa in all the 22 patients appeared as a round or oval cyst.In 5 cases with enhanced contrast CT,the cystic wall dom-onstrated increased liear density.In 12 cases,the bursas extended upwards and covered the aectabulum.In 7 cases,the bursas went downwards,looking like a round or oval,or an upside-down water drop,posteromedial the pectineal muscle.In 6 cases, the bursas opened auterior to hip joint capsule. Conclusion: CT scanning can make a positive diagnosis for all patients with enlarged iliopsoas bursa.
