| 摘 要： | 针对下肢康复机器人对脑卒中住院患者步态功能康复的临床应用进展，从下肢康复机器人的步态康复控制策略、在步态训练中的作用、对平衡功能以及步态时空参数这几个方面，系统地总结了下肢康复机器人步态训练方法的临床应用及研究现状，多角度深入地分析了下肢康复机器人步态训练对脑卒中患者步态康复的积极作用和仍存在的问题,并指出了下肢康复机器人步态训练的发展和应用方向。

| Abstract: | In view of the clinical application progress of robotics in lower limb rahabiltation,this paper systematically summarized the clinical application and research of robot-assiatant gait training from the following aspects: robotic gait control strategies, and its effects on gait training, balance function, gait space-time parameters. Deeply analyzed the positive effects on gait rehabilitation among stroke patients of robot and problems remained from various angles. Discussed the direction of development and application of robot-assistant gait training in the future. |
