经皮椎体成形术治疗老年椎体压缩性骨折48例报告

目的：探讨用骨水泥注射行经皮椎体成形术（percutaneous vertebroplasty,PVP）治疗老年椎体压缩性骨折的操作技术和临床疗效。方法：2005年10月—2006年10月共治疗48例诉有严重疼痛的老年椎体压缩性骨折患者。穿刺入路通过双侧或者单侧椎弓根穿刺法,所有患者均在透视下注射聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯（PMMA）,注射设备为螺旋加压注射器。对患者术前、术后1周及术后6个月情况采用疼痛视觉类比评分、活动能力评分及止痛药应用评分进行评价。结果：注射56个椎体（腰椎49个,胸椎7个）。44例（91.7%）患者术后疼痛明显缓解,6个月内疼痛无复发者39例（88.6%）。疼痛视觉类比评分评分、活动能力和止痛药应用评分术前、样后比较均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：骨水泥PVP创伤小、并发症少,而且止痛疗效显著,是一种微创治疗老年椎体压缩性骨折的有效方法。

Percutaneous Vertebroplasty for the Treatment of Vertebral Body Compression Fractures in the Elderly
