紫外线照射充氧自血回输治疗脑出血对脑血流量等的影响

研究紫外线照射充氧自血回输（ＵＢＩＯ）治疗脑出血的机制。方法，选择经头颅ＣＴ证实的脑出血患者９３例，随机分为ＵＢＩＯ组４７例，对照组４６例，疗程１０天。结果：ＵＢＩＯ组总有效率６６％，对照组３９％，两组差异有非常显著性，Ｘ￣２＝６．７１，Ｐ＜０．０１。ＵＢＩＯ治疗后血液流变学和脑血流量明显改善，差异有显著性，而对照组仅脑血流量改善。ＵＢＩＯ组血小板功能明显抑制，血肿吸收加快。结论：ＵＢＩＯ治疗脑出血效果明显，可提高脑血流量，加快血肿吸收，减少脑出血后并发症及降低死亡率。

The change of cerebral blood flow in patients with cerebral bemorrhage treated with ultraviolet blood ir- radiation and oxygea

Objective : The purpose of this paper was studying the mechanism of ultraviolet blood irradi- ation and oxygen (UBIO) for cerebral hemorrhage. Methods , 93 cases with cerebral hemorrhage ,confirmed by CT ,were studied. 47 cases were treated with UBIO and another 46 cases were as a control group with- eut UBIO. Results: After ten days of treatment , the total effective rate of UBIO group was 66 % , that of control group was 39 % . There was a significant difference (P<0. 01 ) . After UBIO therapy , the cerebral blood flow , whole blood viscosity , plasma viscosity , hematocrit , platelet adhesion and aggregation were obvi- ously improved , but none did the control group. Conclusion , It is proved that UBIO therapy may accelerate the cerebral blood flow , promote the hematoma absorption , decrease the cerebral hemorrhage complications and mortality for cerebral hemorrhage.
