超短波对慢性前列腺炎患者精液质量的影响

目的：观察超短波对慢性前列腺炎患者临床症状及体征和精液质量的影响。方法：采用超短波治疗慢性前列腺炎患者５１例，于治疗前和治疗两疗程后采集精液，观察其对精液常规、精浆抗体的影响。结果：经两疗程治疗后患者症状和体征均有不同程度的改善，治愈３１例，显效２１例，精液常规质量改善，抗精子抗体转阴率６５％。结论：超短波治疗可以改善前列腺患者生殖系统的内环境，调整生殖系统的免疫功能

Influence of ultrashort wave on sperm quality in chronic prostatitis

Objective:To study the effect of ultrashort wave on clinical symptoms,signs and sperm quality of chronic prostatitis.Methods:51 cases with chronic prostatitis were treated with ultrashort wave.Before and after ultrashort wave of treatment,the symptoms,signs snd sperm quality of patients were assessed and compared.While the sperm was collected at pre and post treatment.The rountine and antibody of antisperm in sperm were examined.Results:After two courses of treatment,31 cases were cured,20 improved.The sperm quality was improved too.The rate of antisperm-antibody from positive into negative was reached 65%.Conclusion:It is demonstrated that the ultrashort wave may improve the internal environment and regulate the immune function of genitosystem.
