超短波并药物治疗肺感染肺功能康复的临床研究

目的∶探讨超短波并药物治疗肺感染对肺功能康复的影响。方法∶１９５例肺感染患者（主要为支气管肺炎和大叶性肺炎）分３组，分别给予超短波、药物及两者综合治疗，治疗１０天后，统计分析临床治疗结果和肺功能康复情况。结果∶综合治疗组的临床疗效及对肺功能的康复效果均显著优于单纯超短波与药物治疗组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。超短波与药物治疗临床疗效比较差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５），但对肺功能康复情况，前者明显优于后者（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论∶超短波并药物治疗肺感染有较好的疗效，且利于肺功能的康复，其中超短波治疗对肺功能的康复起到了很重要的作用。

Effect of ultrashort wave and medications on pulmonary function of pneumonia patients

Objective:To study the effect of ultrashort wave and medications on pulmonary function of pneumonia.Methods:195 cases of pneumonia were divided into three groups.The first and the second group were treated with ultrashort wave and midications respectively.The third group was treated with ultrashort wave and medications together.After ten days of treatment,the clinical result and pulmonary function were analysed by statistics.Results:The clinical effect and recovery of the synthetic treatment group were significantly better than those of other two groups(P<0.01).On clinical effect,there was no significant difference between the ultrashort wave and medications group(P>0.05).But the rehabilitation of pulmonary function of ultrashort wave was better than that of medication group.Conclusion:It is showed that the ultrashort wave and medications have a better effect.Ultrashort wave plays an important role in the rehabilitation of pulmonary function.
