超短波对家兔肢体缺血再灌注损伤的影响

摘    要:应用超短波治疗家兔肢体缺血再灌注的动物模型后,血中丙二醛(MDA)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)、谷草转氨酶(AST)的含量明显低于对照组(t=3.33,P<0.05).实验结果提示,肢体缺血再灌流早期超短波微热量治疗可以有效地减轻组织的损伤程度。

Abstract:Using a model of rabbits limb ischemia artificially,the re-perfusion in limb ischemia area was experimented with ultrashort wave.The results showed that the level of serum MDA,CPK,COT in experimental group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).It is suggested that the ultrashort wave with gentle-heat close can reduce the damage of tissues resulting from the limb ischemia.
