无热量超短波对小鼠血液有形成分的影响

摘    要:在无热量超短波不同时间作用下,观察小鼠血液有形成分的变化。结果实验组小鼠在表皮创伤形成的第二天,白细胞总数均明显增高,超短波治疗10次后,5、10分钟组白细胞数未降低并持续增高,5分钟组创面感染率达57%,20分钟组略有下降(P>0.05),30分钟组白细胞数降低差异有显著性(P<0.05);20、30分钟组其淋巴细胞明显增加(P<0.05),同时30分钟组红细胞和血红蛋白也有所升高,结合各组小鼠创面愈合情况,揭示时间稍长的无热量超短波对血液系统的影响较短时间的作用明显,对加速创口愈合有显著作用.

Abstract:The change of formed elements of blood in mice,which were artificially made the epidermic wound,was studied,when the ultrashort wave without heat was respectively treated by 5,10,20 and 30 minutes to would for 10 times.The number of WBC in these mice was obviously increase at the next day after epidermic wound.After treatment,the number of WBC in 5 or 10 minutes group wasn't decreased and the wounds were infected. But the number of WBC in 20 and 30 minutes group was decreased(P<0.05)and lymphocytes were remarkably increased,too.At the same time,the number of RBC and amount of Hb were also increase in 30 minutes group. On the basis of analysis of wound's healing in each group,it is suggested that the ultrashort wave without heat lasting a longer duration on the wounds may develop a greater effect foe blood system.
