紫外线照射充氧自血回输治疗迟发性脑病的研究

用配对设计方法，对３１例应用紫外线照射充氧自血回输疗法治疗的急性一氧化碳中毒后迟发性脑病与３１例对照组进行了研究，结果近期有效率治疗组与对照组分别为１００％和９０％（Ｐ＞０．０５），近期显效率两组分别为７７％和３９％（Ｐ＜０．０１），从开始治疗到病情好转的日数两组差异有显著性，从开始治疗到病情明显好转的日数、治疗前后的脑电图和获得１年以上面访的痊愈率两组差异均无显著性。

Ultraviolet Blood lrradiation and Oxygenation(UBIO)for Delayed Encephalopathy After CO Poisoning

patients with delayed encephalopoathy after CO poisoning were investigated using the pair-design method.Among them,31 cases were treated with UBIO and the others were only cured with drugs as a control group.The result suggested that the short-term effective rate in both groups was 100% and 90% and marked rate was 77% and 39%respectively.There was a significant difference in the course of treatment between the two groups.The EEG and the recovery rate followed up by one year in both groups had no difference.
