牵引下腰椎间盘突出的椎间距及间盘内压测量研究

为了解牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出的力学变化及适应证选择，我们测量了腰椎间盘突出症患者在牵引下的３１例椎间距及４７例间盘内压的变化，结果突出椎间距平均增加１．３４ｍｍ，正常椎间距平均增加０．８７ｍｍ；突出间盘内压为负压的２９个，１０个为零，８个为正压，总平均值为－１．３０ｋＰａ，牵引下压力下降３０个，不变８个，升高９个，总平均值为－３．２０ｋＰａ．牵引下突出间盘的椎间距不变者，其间盘内压亦不变；间距增宽者，则大多数的间盘内压下降．

Measurement of Intervertebral Distance and Intradiscopressure in Protrusion of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Under Traction

The intervertebral distance in 31 cases and intra-discopressure in 47 cases, who were suffered from protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc,were measured to study the biomechanics and indications of traction.Under the lumbar traction,the intervertebral distance was averagely increased 1.34mm in subjects with protsusion of lumbar intervertebral disc and only increased 0.87mm in normal persons.The intra-discopressure was also determined before and after traction.In 47 patients,the most cases presented negative pressure at pre-traction,the mean value was -1.30kPa.After traction,the value of intra-discopressure was averagely decrcreased -3.20kPa.When the intervertebral distance was unchanged under traction,the intra-discopressure wasn't alterative,too.If the intervertebral distance widened,the intra-discopressure would decrease mostly.
