氦氖激光血管体表照射临床观察

摘    要:目的 根据光在人体组织的传播特性,研究氦氖激光沿血管体表照射的治疗效果,操作方法以及治疗费用等。希望将此法取代氦氖激光血管内照射疗法。方法 采用从光导纤维输出的25mW,632.8nm氦氖激光。对30例脑血管病合并糖尿病,哮喘患者的静脉进行血管体表照射治疗,并检测其血糖,血脂及血液流变学部分指标的变化情况。结果 经治疗患者症状以及实验检测数据均有改善。平均血粘度下降0.25,血浆粘度下降0.05,

Abstract:Objective According to the characteristic of light propagation on human tissues,the medical effect and cost as well as manipulative method of He-Ne laser extravascular irradiation on blood vessel were studied to replace the laser intravascular irradiation therapy hopefully.Methods The veins of 30 patients with cerebrovascular disease combined with diabetes or asthma were extravascularly radiated by He-Ne laser(632.8 nm,25 mW),which was delivered by optic-fiber.The values of blood sugar,blood-fat and hemorrheology were determined as the effective indexes.Results After experiment,the patient's symptoms and blood sugar were improved;the mean level of blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,cholesterol,triglyceride,HDL-C and coefficient of thrombosis formation were respectively reduced 0.25, 0.05 ,0.17,0.80,0.29,0.32 and 0.32.Conclusion It is suggested that the laser extravascular irradiation therapy is a simple,safe,inexpensive and without side-effect therapy for the patients.It is likely to be a new medical method for cardio- and cerebrovascular diseases.
