| 摘 要： | 目的观察三乙醇胺乳膏预防乳腺癌胸壁放射性皮肤损伤的效果。方法50例术后需要胸壁放疗的乳腺癌患者随机分为2组,每组25例,第1次放疗后研究组就予三乙醇胺乳膏涂抹照射野皮肤,对照组只做常规放疗皮肤护理宣教,不涂任何药物。结果两组均无Ⅳ级放射性皮肤损伤;研究组症状较轻的Ⅰ级皮肤损伤比对照组多（P〈0.05）,症状较重的Ⅲ级皮肤损伤比对照组少（P〈0.05）。结论三乙醇胺乳膏能有效地预防放射性皮炎的发生,保证放射治疗的顺利进行。

| Abstract: | Objecitve To observe the effect of Biafine cream to prevent radiation-induced dermal injury. Methods 50 patients Were randomly divided into the two groups:the study gorup(25cases) was give Biafute cream appilcation since the first radiotherapy while the other 25 served as control without Biafine cream when general and health education program was given.
