摘    要:目的 改进自由落体打击装置并制作大鼠骨骼肌挫伤模型,探讨该模型的病理学特点及应用基础价值。方法 将42只大鼠随机等分为常规造模组和改良造模组,两组分别从120cm、70cm和40cm的高度制作大鼠骨骼肌挫伤模型(n=7),进行解剖及病理学观察,记录皮肤破损率、骨折发生率、挫伤面积及HE染色情况。结果 两组大鼠均存在骨骼肌挫伤的病理学改变,改良组的皮肤破损率及骨折发生率明显低于常规组(P﹤0.05),两组的挫伤面积比较无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)结论 改良组造模成功;并且避免了砝码下落过程中肌群发生移位;确保每次打击部位准确一致;可以避免骨折的发生。

Improved model of rat’s skeletal muscle infusion
Abstract:【Abstract】Obejective: To improve the equipment of hitting by freely falling and make the model of rat’s skeletal muscle infusion. To explore pathologic characters and applied values. Methods: 42 rats were randomly divided into two groups: usual group and improved group. The models were made with the height of 120cm, 70cm and 40cm. Anatomic and pathologic observations were completed. The ratio of injured skin and fracture, area of infusion and HE-staining were recorded. Results: There were no significant differences between two groups in the apprearances of HE-staining. The ratio of injured skin and fracture in imroved group were significantly lower than in usual group (P﹤0.05). Two groups had no significant differences on the area of confusion (P﹥0.05). Conclusion: The imroved model is successful. Meanwhile the improve model can avoid the shifting of skeletal muscle and make sure coherence of hitting parts and avoid occurance of fracture.
