血管内皮生长因子及其受体在颈椎病椎体软骨终板中的表达变化

摘    要:目的: 研究VEGF和VEGFR在终板软骨细胞中的表达,进一步探讨椎间盘退变的发病机理。方法: 应用免疫组化SP染色法检测VEGF和VEGFR在37例颈椎病及11例正常椎体软骨终板中的表达,并对其阳性表达结果进行比较。结果:VEGF在正常终板软骨细胞表达的阳性率为90.9%,与颈椎病终板软骨细胞表达的阳性率(40.5%)相比,差异有显著性 (P<0.05) 。VEGF在正常的终板软骨细胞的表达明显高于退变的终板软骨。VEGFR在正常的终板软骨细胞表达的阳性细胞率为72.7%,与颈椎病终板软骨细胞表达阳性细胞率(37.8%)相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:椎体软骨终板的退变过程中VEGF和VEGFR的表达发生明显的变化,终板软骨细胞VEGF分泌的减少导致终板血管芽的维持不足。VEGF参与了椎间盘退变的形成和发展,表明细胞因子在椎间盘退变的发病中可能起非常重要的作用。调节细胞因子VEGF在终板软骨细胞中的表达,可能为椎间盘退变的治疗提供一种新的途径。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial cell growth factor (VEGF) and its receptor (VEGFR) in vertebral endplate chondrocyte, and the pathogenesis of intervertebarl disc's degeneration, Methods Endplate cartilages of 48 patients were divided into experiment group (37 cervical spondylosis's endplate cartilage) and control group ( 11 normal endplate cartilage). Immunhistocheinistry SP staining method was employed to this research. VEGF and VEGFR expresseions in experiment group were compared with those in control group, Results Positive cell rate and receptor expression levels of VEGF and VEGFR in control group were significantly higher than those in experiment group (P 〈 0,05). Conclusion VEGF participates in intervertebral disc degeneration, which suggests that the regulation of VEGF expression in endplate chondrocyte may be a new approach to treat intervertebral disc degeneration
