地龙耐热蛋白降压作用的研究

摘    要:目的:研究地龙耐热蛋白(LHP)对正常大鼠及自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血压的影响。方法:正常大鼠分别静脉给予LHP0.1、0.2g/kg,SHP分别腹腔给予生理盐水或LHP0.4、0.8g/kg,采用颈动脉插管法检测正常大鼠的血压,无创尾套法测定SHR的血压。结果:单次静脉给药,0.2g/kgLHP能显著降低正常大鼠的血压,起效快、作用强、持续时间短;连续28d腹腔注射给药,0.4g/kgLHP能显著降低SHR的血压。结论:LHP对正常大鼠和SHR均有显著降压作用,该降压作用可能与抑制血管紧张素转化酶有关。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of lumbricus heat-resistant protein(LHP) on blood pressure(BP)in both normal rats and spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHRs). Methods The normal rats were administered with 0.1 g/kg or 0.2 g/kg LHP by vein injection,while the SHPs were administered with saline,0.4 g/kg or 0.8 g/kg LHP by peritoneal injection.BP of normal rats and SHRs was measured by carotid artery intubation and tail-cuff method separately. Results 0.2 g/kg dose of LHP might decrease BP of normal rats remarkably by single intravenous injection, with rapidly strong effects and short duration. Moreover, 0.4 g/kg dose of LHP might decrease BP of SHRs significantly by continuously intraperitoneal injection for 28 days. Conclusion LHP may significantly decrease the BP of both normal rats and SHRs, and its antihypertensive mechanism may relate to inhibition of angiotensin converting enzyme.
