卡比托辛用于阴式子宫切除术中出血的疗效研究

目的:研究新型长效缩宫素类药物卡比托辛用于阴式子宫切除术中出血的疗效及其安全性。方法:入选病例为子宫肌瘤患者,共249例。随机分为卡比托辛组(124例)和缩宫素组(125例),分别在术前肌注卡比托辛100μg或缩宫素10IU。观察比较两组术中出血量及其他术后改变。结果:两组的均衡性良好。卡比托辛组的术中失血量、血红蛋白和红细胞压积的改变均比缩宫素组有显著降低(P<0.05)。而两组的副作用没有显著差别。结论:卡比托辛用于阴式子宫切除术中出血更为有效。

A randomised controlled trial: the effect of carbetocin versus oxytocin on intra-operative blood loss during vaginal hysterectomy

Objective Our aim was to investigate the efficacy and safety of newly developed long-acting oxytocin analogue carbetocin on reducing blood loss during vaginal hysterectomy. Methods Eligible women (n=249) underwent vaginal hysterectomy for uterine myomas and were randomly assigned to receive either 100μg IM carbetocin or 10 IU IM oxytocin. Parameters related to surgical outcome were compared. The primacy outcome was intra-operative blood loss. Results Patient characteristics were similar in both groups. The blood loss, mean change in haemoglobin and haematocrit levels were significantly less in the group given carbetocin than in the placebo group, respectively (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in side effects between the two groups. Conclusion Carbetocin is a more effective choice of reducing blood loss in vaginal hysterectomy.
