应用隐动脉皮瓣修复胫前皮肤缺损

摘要]目的 探讨隐动脉皮瓣在胫前皮肤缺损中的有效治疗方法。 方法 对胫前皮肤缺损应用隐动脉皮瓣转移修复8例。其中5例为胫骨粗隆部皮肤缺损，3例为胫骨上段皮肤缺损。 结果 8例术后皮瓣成活，随访6个月至二年不等，内植物未发生感染和松动，骨折愈合好，疗效满意。 结论 用隐动脉皮瓣修复胫前皮肤缺损，效果可靠，质地满意，不牺牲主要动脉，成功率高，具有一定推广价值。

Application of the sahenous flap repair anterior tibialis skin

Abstract Objective:To describe the method of treating anterior tibialis skin defects with the saphenous flaps. Methods:Form February 2001 to December 2007,We had treated eight cases of anterior tibialis skin defect with saphenous flaps or reversed saphenous flaps,including five cases in tibialtuberosity，three cases in uppertibia　anterior skin defect.Results:The flaps of all cases had survived.After 6 months to 2 years follow-up,all of the eight cases were evaluated as satisfactory.Conclusion:Treating anterior tibialis skin defecf with saphenous flaps is satisfied in evaluations.the blood supply of the flap is reliable.The method is easy to be performed.
