中国六城市中老年人群X线膝骨关节炎流行病学分析

目的：了解中国中老年人群X线膝骨关节炎（OA）患病率分布。方法：采用分层多阶段整群随机抽样方法对中国六大行政区（西北，华北。华东，华南，东北，西南）六城市4708例40岁及以上具有正式户口常住男女人群问卷调查并行X线双膝正侧位投照。结果：我国六城市40岁及以上男女人群X线膝OA总患病率为28．7％，其中男性23．5％。女性32．8％，患病率性别差异有显著性（P〈0．01）；各城市间X线膝OA患病率差异有显著性（P〈0．01）；X线膝OA患病率随年龄增长而升高（P〈0．01）；城乡X线膝OA患病率差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论：我国中老年男女X线膝OA患病率均较高。应当重视和加强对中老年人群膝OA的预防和控制

Epidemiological study on radiographic knee osteoarthritis in the middle-aged and elderly population in six cities of China

Objective To understand the distribution of prevalence of radiographic knee osteoarthritis (OA) in China. Methods Knee radiographs were measured and questionnaire was surveyed from 4 785 people aged above 40 years old in six cities of China,by the stratified-multi-steps-cluster sampling method. Results The total prevalence rate of radiographic knee OA in six cities of China was 28.7%. The prevalence rate of males and females were 23.5% and 32.8% respectively(P <0.01); There was significant difference of the prevalence of radiographic knee OA among six cities and age groups (P < 0.01). Similarly the difference of the prevalence of radiographic knee OA between urban and rural areas (P < 0.01) was also significant. Conclusions The prevalence of radiographic knee OA is very high both in males and females in the middle-aged and elderly population in China. The prevention, treatment and control are very important to the radiographic knee OA.
