| 摘 要： | 目的:研究脑卒中患者血浆中脂蛋白(a)LP(a)]和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的变化,评价LP(a)和Hcy对脑卒中的诊断及鉴别作用。方法:对缺血性与出血性脑卒中患者进行血浆中LP(a)和Hcy的测定,并用ROC曲线评价LP(a)和Hcy对脑卒中的诊断作用及对缺血性和出血性脑卒中的鉴别作用。结果:与对照组比较,脑卒中患者血浆中LP(a)和Hcy浓度明显升高且出血性脑卒中高于缺血性脑卒中,LP(a)和Hcy诊断脑卒中的曲线下面积是0.854和0.893,LP(a)和Hcy鉴别缺血性脑卒中和出血性脑卒中的曲线下面积是0.271和0.400。结论:脑卒中患者LP(a)和Hcy水平均明显升高,两者是诊断脑卒中的良好指标,但对鉴别缺血性脑卒中和出血性脑卒中的作用不大。
