| 摘 要： | 目的:观察胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗阵发性心房颤动的远期临床疗效。方法:将收入院的146例阵发性心房颤动患者,随机分成胺碘酮组73例和胺碘酮联合美托洛尔组73例,比较治疗的有效率及不良反应。结果:联合用药组各时期治疗总有效率均高于胺碘酮组,随着时间的延长两组的有效率均下降。结论:胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗阵发性心房颤动安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the prostecdtive efficacy of Amiodarone Combined with Metoprolol on paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Methods:146 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group was treated with amiodarone and metoprolol, the control group only amiodarone . Results:The total effective rate was higher than the control group during all the periods, and the rates in both groups were declined as the time goes by. Conclusions:Amiodarone combined with metoprolol is effective and safe for treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. |
