银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

目的：观察银丹心脑通软胶囊对急性脑梗死的神经功能缺损程度和日常生活能力的临床疗效。方法：将符合研究标准的80例首发脑梗死患者随机分为对照组（40例）和治疗组（40例）,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组加用银丹心脑通软胶囊,应用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（N IHSS）和B arthe l指数量表进行神经功能缺损和日常生活能力评估。结果：治疗组N IHSS评分（2.85±2.73）分明显低于对照组（4.45±2.21）分（P〈0.05）;治疗组B arthe l指数（78.56士24.35）明显高于对照组（65.35±28.92）（P〈0.05）。结论：银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗急性脑梗死可有效改善神经功能缺损程度,提高患者的日常生活能力。

Clinical observation of the Yindanxinnaotong capsule to acute cerebral infarction

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Yindanxinnaotong capsule to neurological deficit in acute cerebral infarction and the ability of patient′s daily living.Methods：Eight patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group（40 cases） and treatment group（40 cases）.The control group applying conventional therapy,the treatment group applying Yindanxinnaotong capsule,using U.S.National Institutes of Health Institute Stroke Scale（NIHSS） and Barthel index scale for neurological impairment and daily living skills assessment.Results：The NIHSS of treatment group（2.85±2.73） was significantly lower than the control group（4.45±2.21）（P〉0.05）;Barthel of treatment group（78.56±24.35） was significantly higher than（65.35±28.92）（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The Yindanxinnaotong capsule for acute cerebral infarction can improve the level of neurological deficit and raise the ability of patient′s daily living.
