呼吸科鲍曼不动杆菌的临床特点及耐药状况分析

目的：分析临汾市人民医院呼吸科鲍曼不动杆菌的临床特点及耐药状况.方法：对2012年1月-2012年12月呼吸科住院患者中分离出的鲍曼不动杆菌检测结果进行耐药状况和临床特点分析.结果：分离出的鲍曼不动杆菌以下呼吸道为主,年龄分布以中老年为主,对碳青霉烯类抗生素的耐药率为43.5％,米诺环素耐药率为10.3％,对头孢哌酮舒巴坦的耐药率为48.3％,其他抗菌药的耐药率＞50％.结论：鲍曼不动杆菌耐药率很高,临床治疗应根据药敏结果合理应用抗生素,制订有效的消毒隔离措施,加强医院大环境、工作人员和患者的消毒,以防止鲍曼不动杆菌的传播和多重耐药菌株的产生.

Analysis of clinical characteristics and drug resistance status of acinetobacter baumannii in department of respiratory

Objective：To analyze the clinical characteristics and drug resistance status of acinetobacter baumannii in de- partment of respiratory of the Linfen People＇s Hospital. Methods：From January to December 2012, collected acinetobacter ban- mannii among hospitalized patients and analyzed drug susceptibility and clinical characteristics of acinetobacter baumannii. Re- suits ： Isolated acinetobacter baumannii were mainly from respiratory systerm and from the older age patients. The resistence rate of carbapenem was as the lowest as 43.5% ,the resistence rate of minocycline was as the lowest as 10.3% ,the resistenee rate of cefoperazone shubatan was as the lowest as 48.3%. While the other antimicrobial drugs were beyond 50%. Conclusion： Theresistence rate of acinetobacter baumannii is very high and clinical treament should rationally use antibiotic based on drug sen- sitivity. To prevent the acinetobacter baumannii transmission and the appearance of multiple drug - resistant, we should estab- lish disinfection quarantine measures and enhance the hospital enviroment, staff and patients of disinfection.
