摘    要:目的探讨护校学生焦虑、抑郁情绪与个性的关系。方法采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)对300名护校学生进行问卷调查。结果护校学生焦虑和抑郁检出率分别为16%和36%。焦虑、抑郁组在EPQ量表的N、P分显著高于对照组(t=-4.81~-5.90,P〈0.01)。SAS、SDS得分与EPQ量表的N分和P分呈正相关(γ=0.38~0.48,P〈0.05),与E分呈负相关(γ=-0.12~-0.18,P〈0.05)。多元逐步回归分析显示N、P和L分是影响焦虑和抑郁情绪的主要因素。结论护校学生焦虑、抑郁情绪与个性有关。

Abstract:Objective To observe the changes of blood glucose of gestational diabetes accepting nutrition education and the impact on postpartum complications.Methods Investigate 300 girls in nursing school with the questionnaire of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ).Results The rates of anxiety and depression of students in nursing school were 16% and 36% respectively.The scores of the EPQ-N and EPQ-P of students were both significantly higher in the anxiety and depression groups than that in the control groups(t=-4.81~-5.90,P0.01).The scores of SAS and SDS were positively correlated with EPQ-N and EPQ-P(r=0.38~0.48,P0.05) and negatively correlated with EPQ-E (r=-0.12~-0.18,P0.05).Multiple stepwise regression analysis shows that EPQ-N EPQ-P and EPQ-L were the main factors influencing anxiety and depression.Conclusion Anxiety and depression are related with personality of students in nursing school.
